Consistent! Always dependable. Prompt service. Excellent coffee. Always fresh with the brew times written on each carafe. The food isn't, out of the park, good. Yet, I'm always satisfied. I'm happy with the prices. I enjoy the variety of salads and sandwiches. I would enjoy a breakfast sandwich served all day. Working nights for 13 years, I often longed for one at 2pm. I've had the same experience with Panera in Rutland and Albany. Chain restaurants are not my first choice, but in a pinch this will work.

Panera's is what it is - the same decor and food in over 1000 locations. It's the attitude of management and employees that make or break a particular location. The management of the Queensbury location must be doing something right. We stopped in on a Sunday morning on our way up to the Adirondacks. Food was okay, and our service was good. What makes this location superior was how the staff took care of the customers around us. A group of elderly gentlemen came in, as far as I could tell they were regulars. As soon as they sat down an employee came over with their coffees, and seemed to be taking good care of them. A young man realized after his breakfast was made that he'd ordered the wrong thing. The manager quickly made him what he intended to order in the first place and refused payment for it. Everyone seemed to have a smile on their face, a pleasant demeanor and a good attitude. Kudos to the management for creating a good working environment.

This is a review for their catering services. I have used this Panera twice for catering. (I use the online ordering services) The first time I used the service I showed up at the designated time and the manager had no idea what I was talking about (despite the fact that I had an online confirmation), after about 10 minutes he "found" my online order and had it made. In total I was 45 minutes late for my appointment. And in sales that is a client and money out of my pocket. I waited awhile and decided to give them one more shot. Again, I ordered online, showed up at the designated time, manager had no idea about the order, eventually found it, made it-This time I was only 35 minutes late. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me. They have lost my business 100%.

Nothing great here considering the overpriced products at Panera. Semi-clean with semi-interested service. Food was good -- so I am giving 3 stars. If Panera could bring down the prices a little and add a little service with a smile they may see 5 stars

Well what a difference 3000 miles makes. as a reqular visitor of this chain in arizona, i must say i was really disapointed with this location. my 1st surprise was how unwelcoming and warn out this location was. Next was the lack of table service when I was handed a little coaster to come get my own food, and then I had to fight my way thru a cluster of people who where trying to get there own food also, i was surprised that they dont bring your order (i thought i was at Mcdonalds). Lastly when it cost $45 to feed 2 people i expect more. sorry to say i would not recommend this location. THEY NEED TO PUT THE "C" BACK INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE. wont visit this Panera again. What a shame.

This location is very inconsistent for service and food as well as cleanliness. They seldom staff correctly for rush periods. This last 2 weeks was typical with order staff working bakery while the line grew longer. Also serve warm not hot soup all the time. Seems like lots of turnover and untrained people.

This was my first dining experience at a Panera Bread. I have never been a huge fan of the "Chain" restaurants, my best experiences are usually at independently owned establishments. The visit here at Panera has not changed my train of thought. For first timers patrons we were probably not the easiest to deal with we were a bit confused with all there was to take in. The cashier was cordial, but seemed a bit impatient from the start. We placed our order and hoped for the best as there were no real descriptions for the sandwiches. We were instructed to take our beverages from the table top cooler on the counter along with a frozen lemonade. We sat in one of the booth's. Right away you can see the area was soiled an in need of a good deep cleaning. There were crumbs all over the seats and floor, there was also a white substance, (that appeared to be some sort of cream soup) splattered all over the wall next to me. We received our meal in a timely manner. Presentation is key and the staff at Panera were right on point. The food was not only great to look at, it made for a very enjoyable lunch. I found it a bit pricey for the 3 soups, sandwiches, and beverages that we received. Overall I rate Panera a 3. This location is in desperate need of a good old fashion cleaning and a boost in staff morale Panera will be a once and a while kinda spot for me.

All Panera is pretty much the same in my eyes, unfortunately what separates some from others is the environment and the hospitality you are a treated with once you enter. This place is one of the better Panera Breads I've been too. Great service, everyone was so nice. After I received my to-go order, the server said "sorry for the wait". First, I was very surprised she said sorry, normally in California, they don't say shit. Second, I was only waiting for about 3 minutes. It always amazes me whenever I come back to Queensbury, people are always so nice even when the weather is so shitty outside, but in California where the weather is 72 and sunny every single day, you'll be lucky if you get a "Hello" when you enter. Always glad to be around positive people despite outside circumstances. I'll definitely be going back before I leave next week. BTW Asian Sesame Chicken Salad is the bomb, its like having Chinese New Year in your mouth. Don't worry I'm asian so it's not racist. Unfortunately I have to change my review, my last two times here, I ordered the Asian Sesame chicken Salad like I always do, however one time they didn't even give me dressing, the next time they gave me a balsamic, while I have nothing against Balsamic, there's a reason I ordered the "Asian" sesame chicken salad.

Oh, Panera. How you will always remind me of college. Many cold and rainy afternoons where spent drowning myself inside of a bowl of your French Onion Soup at your Enfield, CT location. OH. Good times. This location is large and efficient. Food doesn't change much from Panera to Panera. I must laugh when they offer me a piece of baguette to go with my sandwich. Bread, bread, and more bread! Not that I'm complaining...

Usually I don't go to Panera for breakfast. When they first introduced it I tried one of their sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches on ciabatta and wasn't impressed. But being that I was out of the area, and I had a gift card I decided to give it another shot. This time I got one of the signature sandwiches. Bacon, egg, and cheese on an asiago bagel and a side order of hashbrowns. The bagel really made the sandwich a lot better. Not as good as a homemade breakfast sandwich but a step above DD. The hashbrowns however are about equal to DD, which is disappointing. I think if they had a deep fryer or at least cooked them longer they would be crispy and enjoyable because they have a decent flavor to them. They should also invest in some smaller plates because they really make the food look chintzy. (see photo)

I love Panera but this particular one needs a little management. The seating area needs to be cleaned, the coffee area out of cream, sweeteners, servers giving you a plate and no silverware. This is all in one visit! The food and coffee as good as always but I think a visit from corporate might help.

I like Panera's spinach quiche, and wish it was available after 10:30am. I like the pick-2 also, 1/2 sandwich with 1/2 salad...YUM!

Great food as usual and very clean dining area. Bathrooms are a huge thing for me though; with 2 little ones I get a little particular. They need to clean them more thoroughly. Main thing always forgotten is wiping down the baby changing area. Huge pet peeve!

Panera is so good... and this one is no exception. On my most recent visit, I found that they no offer a Signature Macaroni and Cheese - with Vermont White Cheddar -- oh my goodness, it was so good! I love their "u pick 2" menu -- loads of delicious options!

This business is NOT quiet, as it claims elsewhere The meal food is okay but kind of salty. Pastries are really good and the service is pretty good too.
